Ascend Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP or PA-C) to deliver remote psychiatric care via telemedicine to Community Health Center partners across the United States. Providers must hold an active license in their primary state of residence and in Arizona, delivering care to patients where they are and guiding them toward recovery.
Role includes MAT for SUD, coordinated care with multidisciplinary teams, and direct support for remote patients.
