Hazel Health is seeking independently licensed therapists in Illinois to provide high-quality virtual mental health services to K–12 students through partner districts and health plans. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.
Minimum 7 client caseload with sessions during Illinois peak hours (Sun–Sat, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM; peak Mon–Wed, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM). This is a remote, part-time position based in Illinois.
