Ready Rebound is seeking a part-time Navigator to assist injured members by expediting appointments with Ready Rebound approved providers within 24–48 hours. This remote role supports 20 hours per week, primarily evening hours in Central Time.
The Navigator must have orthopedic knowledge, be empathetic, and able to build relationships during New Member Intake. Collaboration with Provider Network Services, Onboarding, and Sales is essential to deliver timely care and smooth case management.
