Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and full schedule autonomy to focus on client care.
Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denied claims. Rula handles credentialing, insurance enrollment, billing, the EHR, and provides dedicated support, with a growing therapist community and admin support
