Outpatient Therapist; LPC​/LCSW​/LMFT - Oregon

Position: Outpatient Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT) – Oregon license required

Compensation: $80,000/year

Location: Fully remote – PST (U.S. only)

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide both individual and case‑managed therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with a full range of diagnoses typically seen in community mental health settings.
• Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
• Two openings available:
  • Individual Therapist – Primary responsibility is providing outpatient individual therapy.
  • Case Manager/Therapist – Primary responsibility is case management with a small caseload of therapy clients.

• Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CMHC located in Oregon
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week in PST
• Appointments: 90 minutes for initial evaluations, 50‑60 minutes for follow‑up appointments
• Administrative time: 60 minutes per day
• Caseload: 8‑9 clients scheduled per day

• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Active LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license in Oregon.
• Availability of 40 hours per week during PST.
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred (experience using eClinicalWorks or similar).
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
