Position: Outpatient Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT) – Oregon license required
Compensation: $80,000/year
Location: Fully remote – PST (U.S. only)
What You’ll Do- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide both individual and case‑managed therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with a full range of diagnoses typically seen in community mental health settings.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
- Two openings available:
- Individual Therapist – Primary responsibility is providing outpatient individual therapy.
- Case Manager/Therapist – Primary responsibility is case management with a small caseload of therapy clients.
- Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CMHC located in Oregon
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week in PST
- Appointments: 90 minutes for initial evaluations, 50‑60 minutes for follow‑up appointments
- Administrative time: 60 minutes per day
- Caseload: 8‑9 clients scheduled per day
- Proven experience providing therapy services as an independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Active LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license in Oregon.
- Availability of 40 hours per week during PST.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience using eClinicalWorks or similar).
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
