• Oversee the clinical quality department and lead a team of nine direct reports and subdepartments, including Stroke, Sepsis, and Bariatrics Certification programs.
• Manage the Peer review and Department review processes.
• Collaborate with medical center leadership and front-line staff to enhance compliance and patient safety.
• Monitor and report on Leapfrog, Joint Commission, Core Measures, and CMS surveys and scores.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and spreadsheets or continuous quality improvement (CQI) tools.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in a clinical setting, health care administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field AND at least eight (8) years of experience in health care quality assurance/improvement or a directly related field, OR at least eleven (11) years of experience in health care quality assurance/improvement or a directly related field.
