Overview

Built for Trauma Focused Clinicians Who Want More Autonomy. Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform built for clinicians who want autonomy, income growth, and ownership without the administrative burden of running their own practice. We are seeking clinicians with experience or strong interest in trauma focused therapy, including EMDR, PTSD, anxiety, complex trauma, grief, attachment work, and related clinical concerns.

You won’t be handed a guaranteed schedule; you build one. You won’t manage billing, credentialing, rent, or overhead; we handle that. You’ll have the flexibility to design your schedule, work hybrid with in person and remote options, and grow a trauma focused caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and professional goals. Flexible work from home options available.

What Makes This Opportunity Different
  • W2 employment with no 1099 tax or private practice overhead burden
  • Hybrid schedule flexibility
  • Beautiful, fully furnished in person clinic space
  • Administrative, billing, and credentialing support
  • Performance based income growth potential
  • Bonus opportunities tied to productivity
  • Signing incentives may be available for experienced clinicians with an established professional presence or strong community relationships
  • Supervision available for eligible limited license clinicians
  • Ongoing case consultation support
  • Medical insurance benefits available for eligible full time employees
