Traditional Home Health & Hospice in Northeast Pennsylvania seeks a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home-based therapy in East Stroudsburg and surrounding areas. Patients are seen in their homes with flexible 3-day weekly shifts, with the Dunmore, PA office coordinating case loads across the region.
You will deliver treatment per the PT care plan, educate patients on home programs, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure progress toward goals.
