The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The clinician will complete all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The clinician will guide the staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.

The clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals and does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• A compassionate approach to care

• Starting at $64,000
• Stay-on Bonus at 6-months - $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC
• Bilingual stipend available

$1,500 STAY-ON BONUS for LCSW/LMHCA and $3,000 STAY-ON BONUS for LICSW/LMHC.
