We have 9 community pharmacy locations serving multiple Triad counties (Guilford, Alamance, Eden in Rockingham and Asheboro in Randolph). Hours of operation vary by site between 6:30AM and 7PM, with some locations offering hybrid on-site/work from home positions. Weekend shifts are also required on a rotating basis.

The Pharmacy Technician II Certified Retail Specialty performs specialized functions necessary to assist pharmacists in providing safe, efficient, and cost-effective services. Working under moderate supervision, this role helps to maintain the workflow, inventory, billing and other pharmacy processes.

• Receives and transcribes orders, answers phones, and sells prescriptions in order to maintain the pharmacy workflow.
• Assists in inventory maintenance.
• Serves as a reference for other pharmacy technicians.
• Helps mentor employees through training and orientation processes.
• Leads and implements process improvement and departmental quality initiatives.
• Delivers quality customer service to every patient.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

  High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Required:
  
  2 years

• Pharmacy Technician certification through PTCB or NHA prior to hire. Registered with the NC Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire.
