Jobtailor is seeking an Intake Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for referrals and manage the end-to-end intake process. You will enter and track client data in Hub Spot, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation, while maintaining empathy and clinical credibility in communications with clients, families, and providers.
In this remote role, you will collaborate with the Manager of Client Relations to assign care managers, help coordinate consultations, and monitor QA metrics.
