· Travel: 50% to 75% local travel for member visits (mileage reimbursed) Pay: $34.13/hr schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm. 4-6 weeks remote training (Microsoft Teams) Overview We are hiring a Healthcare Consultant/Case Management Coordinator to support Medicaid Long Term Care program members. This is a NON-NURSING work-from-home role with significant in-person member visits in the Hialeah area (homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes).
