Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA - Hybrid-In-Home

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset

• Salary: $85,000-$100,000 base plus additional monthly bonus opportunities; sign-on bonus available
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends; work-from-home options available
• Location:
  
  Pinehurst, NC (in-home)
