Behavioral Consultant
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in designing and supervising evidence-based treatment for children with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) independently
- Familiarity with VB-MAPP and electronic data collection systems
- Strong collaboration skills for working with families, RBTs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
