BJC Health Care is seeking an experienced Inpatient Coding Quality Auditor to conduct second-level coding audits and provide real-time education to support ongoing quality assurance across the Coding Department.
Candidates should have 2-5 years in inpatient coding, hold RHIT/RHIA or CCS credentials, and possess strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding and regulatory guidelines to ensure accurate diagnoses, procedures and DRG assignments for reimbursement and quality measures.
