Summit is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join our Corrections Team. You will provide nutritional expertise to field operation staff and clients, and develop nutritionally adequate, cost-effective menus for facilities.
This remote-friendly, non-exempt role is paid hourly and involves travel up to 20%. You will collaborate with district leadership, enter recipes into menu software, cost menus, and ensure NSLP/SBP compliance while supporting quality improvement initiatives.
