Iris Telehealth is seeking a PMHNP-BC licensed in New York for a 100% remote, full-time role in an outpatient CCBHC setting. You will work 40 hours weekly with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts, within 7:00 AM–7:00 PM EST, serving patients ages 5+.
You will join a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with psychiatry, neurology, and psychology specialists while enjoying comprehensive clinician support and remote work flexibility.
