Humana Inc is seeking an E-Referral Specialist to be the first contact in our referral workflow. You will monitor referral systems, verify patient eligibility, and maintain ongoing communication with branches and leadership. The role is part‑time (29 hours/week) with defined Tue–Sat shifts and travel minimal.
Candidates should have a HS diploma, strong typing skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Experience with e‑Referral portals or EPIC is preferred.
