Hennepin Healthcare seeks a Connection Advisor Associate, Spanish, to handle inbound calls in a fast-paced Connection Center. You will confirm demographics, schedule or adjust appointments, and document interactions using EHR systems with accuracy and professionalism.
Work is full-time, 80 hours per pay period, primarily remote. Training occurs on campus for one week, then work from home with a quiet space and reliable internet. Must reside within 100 miles of downtown Minneapolis.
