The Philadelphia Contributionship is seeking an Agency Distribution Manager to lead and expand agency relationships across Western and Central PA. This full-time role includes a company car, a solid benefits package, and participation in our annual bonus program.
The successful candidate will live in the territory and occasionally report to our Philadelphia home office for meetings, travel to agencies, strategic planning, and performance reviews with underwriting and product teams.
