Location: Crestview Hills
Amedisys is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to visit patients in Independence, Taylor Mill, Erlanger, and Elsmere areas. You will provide skilled OT interventions under physician-approved plans, document visits, and report progress to the supervising OT and care team.
You will support patients and caregivers with resources, promote wellness through meaningful occupational engagement, and stay current with OT practices in a home-health setting.
