Humana Inc. is seeking an E-Referral Specialist to be the initial touchpoint in our referral process, ensuring seamless continuity of care for clients and referral sources. The role is part-time with specific Tue–Thu and Sat shifts, including holiday coverage, and remote-friendly with HIPAA protections.
Strong attention to detail, 40 wpm typing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Hospital/home health experience and EPIC knowledge are preferred but not required.
