This role includes providing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, assisting with our Spravato/intake procedures, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.

Remote or In‑Person | Hooksett, Hampton, or Concord, NH – Pay: $65-$70 per hour – Flexible Schedule. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to support the professional development of our clinical staff, ensure compliance with licensure standards, and facilitate supervision sessions.

The Site Clinical & Administrative Supervisor provides on‑site leadership and oversight for both clinical and administrative operations at Compass of Hope. This role ensures high‑quality client care, effective team collaboration, and smooth daily operations across all sites.

Greets clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and supportive manner. Serves as the first point of contact for in‑person, phone, and electronic inquiries. Maintains a calm, respectful presence while coordinating client appointments and documentation.

Provide direct clinical services to clients under supervision. Carry an average caseload of approximately eighteen (18) clients per week. Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and evidence‑based interventions. Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to HIPAA regulations while delivering client care.
