What You Will Do

As a BCBA, you will make a meaningful impact every day by providing individualized, evidence‑based ABA services that help children build lifelong skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments
  • Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress
  • Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping children and families succeed.

  • Must reside in New Jersey
  • MUST be Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training
  • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina
