Imagine Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality care for children with complex health needs through a virtual-first model. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team and families to reduce unnecessary hospital visits while empowering caregivers.
The role requires 5+ years in pediatrics, NP/PA-C certification, and LA or TN licensure, with up to 10% travel. Remote work is allowed from LA or TN, with bilingual Spanish favored.
