Humana is seeking a Medical Coder / Coding Educator 2 to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and tailor an education plan for each assigned provider. Reports to the Manager, Medicare Risk Adjustment.
You will arrange educational sessions, analyze coding quality with data tools, prepare reports and presentations, and provide on-site education as needed. Travel up to 5% to provider offices is expected. Strong communication skills and knowledge of risk adjustment are essential.
