The duties of our HHA's are designed with support and teamwork to help you succeed in providing exceptional and fulfilling one-on-one patient care in our patient's home. You're happy to find ways to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate as needed with our Clinical Team Director, Director of Nursing and other team members to manage the patient’s care.
