Location: City of Rochester
The University of Rochester is seeking a Med Rec Coder II to join the Health Information Management-Coding team in a full-time remote capacity. The role reviews system edits, assigns ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, and ensures accurate data for claims.
You will prepare reports, troubleshoot coding issues, and collaborate with providers and staff to resolve documentation gaps. A high school diploma and coding knowledge are required; advanced certifications are preferred.
