Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants, toddlers and their families, helping children meet developmental goals.
You will conduct developmental assessments, implement therapy per IFSP, coach families using a Parent Coaching Model, produce progress notes bi-annual, and deliver services in children’s homes and other community settings.
