We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Competitive Salary:
    Compensation range of $90,500 – $102,500, based on experience and clinical expertise.
  • Performance Bonuses:
    Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly — because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded.
  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and maintain balance.
  • Sign-On Bonus:
    Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
  • Retention Bonus Program:
    Up to $40,000 in long-term retention incentives.
  • Relocation Assistance:
    Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating to join our team.
