Behavior Technician​/RBT - Part Time

As a licensed provider of Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, we are committed to providing culturally sensitive care to children, adults, and families. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to using evidence-based methods to address mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.

As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Implement individualized service plans (ISPs)
• Conduct ABA therapy sessions
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families
• Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services
• Provide support and resources to clients and their families

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
• At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
• Effective communication skills
• Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
