Are you a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who thrives in a dynamic, child-centered environment? Do you want to make a meaningful impact in both Birth to Three (B-3) home-based settings and our outpatient pediatric clinic? Rehab Resources is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric OTR to join our expanding team in Beaver Dam and neighboring communities.

This unique role offers the chance to work with children across multiple developmental stages, providing early intervention in homes and community settings while delivering outpatient care in our welcoming clinic. Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for Wisconsin Occupational Therapy licensure

Graduate of an accredited OT program (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree)
Passion for working with children in early intervention and outpatient pediatric settings

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues

Empathy, adaptability, and commitment to family-centered care Confidence and enthusiasm for collaborative, multi-setting pediatric care

Your Role Will Include Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for children

Providing hands-on therapy in homes, clinics, and community settings

Supporting development in fine motor coordination, sensory regulation, self-care, and functional independence

Recommending adaptive tools and interventions to enhance participation

Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Participating in IFSP/IEP or B-3 team meetings as appropriate

Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation of therapy plans and outcomes
