Work from or close to home. OMH will collaborate to identify the best fit and provide everything needed to treat patients remotely. Fully remote positions are also available.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‑BC) participates in an integrated care team model. Key activities include:

• Medication management and individual psychotherapy
• Family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed
• Documentation of clinical care following treatment sessions
• Collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals

You have autonomy to determine visit frequency and session length for each patient, tailoring treatment to a broad range of presenting problems.

Enjoy the freedom to create custom schedules for a balanced work/life experience. Typical availability is Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Required:

Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience treating behavioral health issues (mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments) under the supervision of a consulting psychiatrist. New graduates are welcome.

Preferred:
Successful completion of PMHNP‑BC exam(s).
