Optum is seeking a Remote Patient Support Center Representative to support 24/7 operations across Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zones. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a flexible schedule and remote work.
You will meet performance goals in patient satisfaction and assist with appointments, authorizations, claims, eligibility, and benefits while maintaining secure written documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and fast typing are expected; weekend and holiday coverage
