Family Outreach Center (FOC) is hiring for a full‑time master’s level therapist (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, etc.) that is primarily based at Godfrey‑Lee Middle/High School to provide therapy, case management, crisis response, and group services in the school and community setting.

Position Details: This is a year‑round position in a school office setting. Primarily school hours but must have flexibility in schedule to meet with families after school as needed. The majority of a caseload is made up of students from your school site, with (2) Home Based cases from Kent County Community Mental Health (Network 180). Sessions are conducted in the school and home setting.

We service clients at multiple levels of care (Home Based, Case Management, TF‑CBT, and Outpatient levels) with client contact ranging from 5.5 hours per month to 2 hours per month, depending on their level of care. To ensure a healthy partnership with the school, time is given each week for school specific activities, such as running psycho‑educational groups, attending student support meetings, assisting in a crisis, etc.
