Behavioral-Perspective-Inc. is seeking a licensed BCBA for a full-time Clinical Director role at our Crystal Lake, IL clinic.
This position will lead a BCBA team, manage a reduced caseload, and collaborate with the Clinic Manager and RBTs to provide high-quality behavior analytic services. You will partner with Corporate Operations for onboarding, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, conduct competency audits, recruit staff with the Regional Director, and analyze KPIs to meet clinical goals.
