Folkston Park Care & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions with flexible scheduling and hybrid documentation time.
You will assess and treat residents with communication, cognitive, voice, speech, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized plans that maximize function and safety in a skilled nursing setting.
