The part-time, remote position of Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Blossom involves conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, performing clinical assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Therapeutic Sessions:
    Lead therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Clinical Assessments and Planning:
    Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and understand client needs, followed by the crafting of thoughtful treatment plans.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and communications to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaboration:

    Work alongside a diverse team of health professionals to provide comprehensive care that encompasses multiple facets of mental health.
  • Ethical Practice:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Licensure:
    Must hold a fully independent licensure in Kansas (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, etc.).
  • Experience:
