BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) for per-visit home health visits in the Denver North area. This part-time or per diem role requires travel across the office's coverage area and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
The OT will evaluate functional status, cognitive and motor performance, and tailor intervention plans while educating patients and families on home-based rehabilitation and safety. EMR documentation is expected.
