Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Cardiac Registry Data Abstractor for NCDR and STS Registries. This full-time role (40 hours) follows standard hours 8am–5pm EST and starts in-person at Sentara Park during onboarding, with a potential to transition to remote work within Virginia.
You will perform clinical auditing and data abstraction of patient records to support clinical improvement and patient safety initiatives, regulatory requirements, and CMS national initiatives.
