Alternate Solutions Health Network, LLC is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide home-based skilled speech therapy in Darke County, Ohio. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with no on-call or weekends, as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on compassionate, high-quality care for patients in their homes.
You will educate patients and families, develop individualized care plans, and document progress in accordance with agency and Medicare guidelines.
