Role
Epic Cheers Consultant – Quantity: 3, Duration: 9 months, Remote
Responsibilities & ScopeAssist with Epic Cheers Campaigns and CRM campaigns and outreach for the New England CDOs.
Required Skills- Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application. Preferred applications:
Ambulatory, Care Everywhere, or Epic Care Link. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 3 years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support.
- Experience with Cheers, Campaigns, and CRM.
This is a remote position.
