US Heart & Vascular is seeking a Remote Medical Practice Scheduler for our Heart Place Electrophysiology Clinic in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, and coordinate pre-op activities with the care team.
Candidates should have Front office scheduling experience, a Medical Assistant certification (or obtain within 90 days), and at least one year of clinical scheduling experience; strong patient education skills are essential.
