Location: Windber
Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.
Starting Pay: $17–$25/hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours/week. We offer flexible schedules, paid onboarding & training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement as part of a mission-driven company
