Tri-State Orthopaedics is seeking a full-time Medical Records/EMR Specialist to join our North Hills Office. The role supports quality assurance and reconciliation of electronic chart documentation.
Responsibilities include reviewing chart documentation and releases, ensuring continuity of care by transmitting notes, test results and treatment plans to other providers. Training provided for EMR systems; strong organization and computer skills are required.
