Meridian Counseling is a new and growing group practice dedicated to integrating mental health into clients' everyday health and wellness routines. We serve the Westside of Los Angeles and are looking for experienced licensed mental health therapists to join our team.

• Licensed therapists with 2 years of experience can provide supervision to unlicensed therapists.
• Clinicians may opt for in-person sessions at our offices or work from home.
• Meridian offers monthly consultations with the clinical team.
• Strong values in building community and genuine connection; we host monthly team events (training, workshops, volleyball, hikes, game nights, etc.).
• We handle billing, credentialing, and marketing, providing clients and office space; your job is to see clients and take notes.
• This position offers autonomy of private practice while staying connected to a community and receiving consultation as needed.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or similar.
• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Clinical Psychologist, or similar.
• Must be able to obtain credentialing to work with insurance panels.

• Experience with trauma, mood disorders, addiction, families, and couples.
• Comfortable with electronic medical records.
• CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR training preferred.

• Compensation ranges from $65 to $120 per hour based on licensure.
• All providers are compensated for their admin time.
