Salary Range: $30 - $35 per hour

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, specialized skills, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

The primary responsibility of the Facility Outpatient Auditor is to audit ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier assignment while identifying documentation improvement opportunities based on medical record documentation for a variety of client projects.

The Facility Outpatient Auditor plays a critical role in helping healthcare organizations improve coding accuracy, strengthen regulatory compliance, and protect revenue integrity. Through detailed auditing and documentation improvement recommendations, this position supports operational excellence, reduces compliance risk, and helps clients achieve long-term financial success.
