Lifepoint Health is seeking an Remote Inpatient Coding Quality Specialist to review accounts for accuracy in coding and documentation integrity. This is a remote, non-exempt role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and 40-hour weeks, typically during business hours.
The successful candidate will audit coding professionals against AHIMA standards, DRG/IPPS/OPPS guidelines, and CPT codes, identify educational needs, and prepare summaries for CFOs. Continuous education and compliance training are required.
