Preferred Therapy Outpatient & Wellness is seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team in a full-time telehealth role serving seniors throughout the state of this position, you will provide high-quality virtual physical therapy services to residents of assisted living facilities, independent living communities, and senior living campuses. The successful candidate will also serve as a clinical resource for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance to support excellent patient outcomes.
This candidate will also assist with daily operational workflow. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about serving older adults, embraces innovative care delivery models, and enjoys being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Qualifications:
Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Maine Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload
Experience working with geriatric populations preferred
Prior telehealth experience preferred
Credentialing with Maine insurance payers preferredA full-time REHAB

Qualifications:
Under the direction of a Rehab Director, a successful Rehab Team Leader will:
Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
Provide therapy services to patients
Provide clinical support, training and oversight of specialty programs within his/her specific discipline.
Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department
Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
