Progeny Health LLC is seeking a Clinical RN Chart Reviewer (Remote) to perform clinical reviews of medical records and validate claims coding accuracy, medical necessity, and appropriateness of treatment settings and services.
The ideal candidate has a CCS or CIC certification, at least 2 years of inpatient claims experience (NICU/maternity preferred), and strong knowledge of DRG systems, ICD-10/9. This full-time remote role offers competitive salary and benefits.
